Pabelan telecentre, near Yogyakarta, Central Java. Established in 2005, Pabelan is Pe-PP's pilot project. Finding a Voice also conducted research at the Lapulu telecentre, near Kendari, Sulawesi; and the Muneng telecentre, near Surabaya, East Java. Each telecentre is equipped with five PCs, modem, Internet, television, LCD projector and a digital camera.
